Description of Magnesia Zirconia Brick
Magnesium-zirconium bricks are made of high-quality magnesia and zircon as their main raw materials, which are fired at medium and high temperatures. Compared with the matrix magnesium brick, it has high load softening temperature, good thermal shock resistance, especially alkali vapor permeability resistance, and various destruction performances that resist repeated condensation and evaporation. In addition, its thermal conductivity is excellent.
Magnesia zirconia brick is composed of fused magnesia sand and zircon sand and it belongs to alkaline material. This product has high density (Bulk density) is greater than 3.08g/cm3).It also resists alkaline atmosphere erosion and alkaline slag erosion and widely used in glass furnace, regenerative chamber, cement kiln, steel-making electric furnace and non-ferrous metal metallurgy.
