Brief Description
The corundum mullite castable is based on mullite aggregate as the main raw material, pure calcium aluminate cement and silica micropowder as binders, and bulk mixes made of mullite fine powder, explosion-proof fiber, and admixture are added. Castable can be used as a whole inner city material, and can also be pre-made to be used for the splicing of cast precast blocks.Corundum Mullite Castable Refractory can perform high properties such as high crushing strength, high temperature stability, thermal shock resistance, wear and chemical erosion resistance in lining of large power station boiler and other high temperature equipments.
Performance

Application
Corundum mullite castables are suitable for heating furnaces, soaking furnaces, heat treatment furnaces, rotary kilns; various high-temperature burner linings, heating furnace pipe packing linings, steel refining furnace components and high temperature of petrochemical catalytic cracking reactor Wear-resisting linings; blast furnace tapholes, iron furnace iron troughs, hot metal pretreatments with integral dusting guns and other linings; large and medium-sized cement kiln mouths, coal injection pipes, kiln hoods, and coolers.
