3. Anti-scaling high-aluminum bricks are used for the decomposition zone, but if some parts are corroded quickly and the service life is too short, composite structure silica-molybdenum bricks with strong corrosion resistance can also be used (as shown below).
4. The surface temperature of the lining of the preheater and decomposition furnace system is less than 1200℃, and high-strength alkali-resistant bricks are used. If the production capacity is large and the temperature of the decomposition furnace is higher than 1200℃, anti-scaling high-aluminum bricks are used instead. In addition to the working layer, an insulation layer is required in the stationary equipment, and calcium silicate boards are uniformly used as insulation. High-aluminum castings are used for the shrinkage of the decomposition furnace and the gooseneck pipe (as shown below).
5. Anti-scaling castings are used at the shrinkage of the kiln tail and the slope of the smoke chamber (as shown below).
6. When the kiln head cover is overhauled, if the maintenance time can reach more than 24 hours, high-aluminum low-cement castables are used. When the kiln head cover is repaired urgently, if the maintenance time is insufficient, high-aluminum or wear-resistant castables are used (as shown below).
7. High-strength alkali-resistant castables and steel fiber castables are used in the medium and low temperature areas of the grate cooler (as shown below).
