1. Refractory brick raw materials

2. Ingredients
The qualified aggregates, powders, additives and binders are weighed according to the proportion of the formula.
3. Mixing
According to the process requirements, the prepared raw materials are kneaded and mixed evenly.
4. Forming
Mixed raw materials are weighed according to requirements and placed in a press.
5. Picking
The formed refractory bricks are inspected. If there is questions of dropping, splitting, segregation, and dimensional mismatch, these bricks need to be reshaped and identified during the picking process.
6. Drying
The formed refractory bricks are placed in a drying kiln to be dried to prevent damage to the slab during the kiln loading process.
7. Packing kiln
The dried bricks are installed on the kiln car, and the kiln is lightly handled, which reduces the damage of the refractory bricks during the manual kiln. During the kiln process, it is necessary to place an appropriate amount of quartz sand on the kiln car and each layer of slabs. The refractory brick can be uniformly heated and fully sintered.
8. Burning
The refractory bricks are fired in strict accordance with the firing temperature curve designed by the technician, and the refractory brick firing temperature is detected and recorded.
9. Selection and pre-laying
Firstly, the fired refractory bricks are inspected for quality, and corners, cracks, karst caves or other unqualified refractory bricks are damaged. Secondly, for the shaped bricks, if the size does not meet the requirements, the bricks are processed and ground to the need. The size, and finally, for the composite refractory bricks, pre-laying according to the refractory brick drawings, and coding processing in the pre-laying process.
10. Packaging
The prepared refractory bricks are packaged according to the packaging requirements and transported to the construction site.
