Brief Description
The temperature of the cold side of large rotary kilns in the cement industry is generally 280-320℃. Since there is no material with both high strength and low thermal conductivity, it cannot be effectively insulated, resulting in a huge waste of energy. According to the calculation, using 40-50mm thick ultra-high strength nano insulation block with conventional cement kiln working layer material can reduce the cold surface temperature of the kiln body by 100℃-130℃. A medium-sized clinker production line with a daily production capacity of 5,000 tons can save about 5,500 tons of standard coal per year. It can save 20 billion yuan of fuel cost every year in the cement rotary kiln. Not to mention, various types of rotary kilns are applied in dozens of industries, which can save hundreds of billions for enterprises every year.
