Brief Description
Steel Fiber Castable Refractories are a kind of high strength Castable Refractory made of high alumina clinker or brown aluminium oxide as the aggregate and powder, and added binding agent and suitable heat-resistance stainless steel fibre and admixture.
Steel Fiber Castable Refractories can be classified into two types of stainless fiber Castable Refractory and nickeled stainless fiber reinforced refractory castable. Of which, nickeled stainless fiber reinforced refractory castable has better high temperature resistance property and resistance to rubbing. Also have good structure stability and gas tightness, physical & chemical property and great construction property.

Application
Refractory steel fiber castable are mainly used for casting industrial furnace linings in contact with high-temperature gases and solid materials, such as electric furnace roof, ladle cover, heating furnace roof, soaking furnace cover and furnace wall, heat treatment furnace lining, cement rotary kiln cooling cylinder lining , There is also a vertical baking oven lining.
Refractory steel fiber castable can also be used in containers, launders and components that are in discontinuous contact with high-temperature melts, such as electric furnace tapping troughs, molten iron desulfurization mixers, etc.
